    Hello. I just finished listening to LO 313. I realize I might be splitting hair here, but I reacted when Fab said that train station guards can’t arrest people. Doesn’t the german law provide a self defence clause, e.g. that you have the right to restrain someone you have observed committing a crime until the police arrives. Alltough I guess talking back to a security guard is not a crime.
