No offence to any of the US outlaws but as an Aussie it's great to here non-Americans doing their thing and getting the recognition they deserve. Our sense of humour is similar in fashion so I get a good kick out of it. I suppose they other reason I could now add is they don't dump shit on others out of jealousy of other people's success. I hear that's all the rage now.......
As somebody who actually liked listening to the LAS I was a bit taken back. I was washing dishes whilst listening to it and i stood still and didn't move, I could hardly believe what I was hearing. The LO community is actually that, a community. In the past Fab has done the best he can to not ban people etc so everyone had a say, no matter how idiotic.
I am pretty saddened by Bryans comments, and he should realise his words have far more implications than threats of violence. 80% of the people who talk shit on the internet would never do so to the face of the person they are bagging out. I think the fact he went back and deleted his posts shows the cowardice in his character and if he truly meant what he said he would leave them up and stand by them. I think it was also done to keep LAS viewership up because $$$ talks. He's also probably cut because Dan got put on FLOSS weekly I'm still not sure what to think of Chris, i think he was little uncomfortable but had to back his friend.
As Fab will attest to, Aussies like myself have a really low fucking tolerance for this sort of shit, and people quickly earn the moniker of wanker for doing so. I had nothing against the LAS before this point, and was a big fan tbh, but I can't abide by this. I even donated to them for when chris lost his job so they can't question my loyalties.
I consider everyone in the LO community mates, and Dan and Fab have provided me with hours of fun entertainment over the last few years, so as an Aussie Outlaw and a hater of wankers, I will not be listening to the LAS anymore. Bryan you're a fucking wanker, if you are going to say something than stand by it. Fuck cowards.
Keep up the good work Fab and Dan, you earned the #1 spot, they can suck on it.
Linux is certainly more efficient to virtualise but it can also depend on what hypervisor is being used as to how many instances can be run. Not enough difference to change the result, but still a factor that shouldn't be ignored. I would also like to know were the linux instances running full GUI WM or DE? Required resources for linux machines is certainly lower after a standard install, but depends on what services the machines are running too.
Lol didn't mean it to rhyme.
I am serious, i went from ubuntu to Arch, it's very easy to install. If you follow the guide you cannot go wrong.
PS I still haven't switched to xmonad lol. I have to be in windows for my work atm lol but once I finish what I need to do it's back to arch. I started using emacs for the lols, my editing requirements are simple so iI wouldn't be using 1% of Emacs power.
